All About Us

It's a new year and we have so many new customers and followers so I thought (for those of you who don't know) I would tell you all about us.

So where do I begin.......

EllieBeanPrints is a small family run business based in a little town called Thirsk in the wonderful North Yorkshire.  

We consist of myself (Andrea), big chief of everything ;-), my husband Adam (he has a proper job just assists me on an evening and weekend) and our two children Ellie (7) and Lucy (4) both of which assist with packing and are chief reindeer food makers, when they are in the mood that is.

We originally started the business off calling it EllieBeanBaby when Ellie was born after designing a print with her birth details on, we got asked more and more often to design prints for weddings, christening and anniversaries thats when we changed the name to EllieBeanPrints.

I managed this business to begin with in my spare time whilst juggling Ellie and a full time job as a manager at an Early Years setting.  The business grew from strength to strength and when Lucy came along and dropping my 'proper' job hours down I finally bit the bullet left my 'safe' job and now run EllieBeanPrints full time, and some months of the year pretty much 24/7.

Over the years we have introduced more and more products with some of our most popular products being our cycling range. 

So why cycling when all our previous products were for occasions I hear you say well I will tell you.....

Here at Team EBP we are all mad mountain bikers (not that we have a choice as Adam has worked in the bike industry for years) and spend school holidays shredding the awesome trails of Scotland or trying to keep up with Ellie on the down hill tracks in the French Alps, so with that in mind and the fact that I always struggled to find Adam bike related gifts I decided to start the range, and really pleased I did as so many of you keep coming back for more.

So that is us a small, bike mad fairly crazy family who enjoy producing those 'make you smile' gifts, prints and cards for all you lovely people.  Each order is produced with love and we try our very best to please you all.  

We really appreciate everyones support and every order we receive means a lot to us.

I do my upmost to get our products out to you as quickly as I can but now you know about us you can see why sometimes (especially busy times of the year) it can take me a little longer to get things to you, and this is also why we close (unusual I know for an internet business to do so) but family time is important to us plus if we deprive Ellie of the trails, especially those in the Alps she wouldn't thank us ;-)
