Hello, As we race towards the end of 2023, we want to make sure you're all set with your EllieBeanPrints goodies. Our team (affectionately known as our 'Elves') is working at full speed to ensure your orders are dispatched swiftly and smoothly. Let's hope Royal Mail keeps up with us this year – we haven't forgotten last year's postal strike saga!

The Last-Minute Rush: We understand that sometimes, the best plans are made at the last minute. That's why we've put together a list of final order dates for UK deliveries. A little tip: if your order includes personalised artwork, keep an eye on your inbox for approval requests. It's always good to order a touch earlier than these deadlines, but don't worry if you're running behind – we're here to make things happen!

Fastest Way to Reach Us: Got a question? Need some help? Our Messenger service (link below) is your go-to for quick responses. We're just a message away if we aren't online when you send your message we will respond via email as quickly as possible. 

Deadline Details: Here are the important dates you need to remember for Royal Mail deliveries:

• Second Class (RM48): Monday, 18th December - 12pm
• First Class (RM24): Wednesday, 20th December - 12pm
• Special Delivery: Thursday, 21st December

And for UPS deliveries:

• Thursday, 21st December - 10am
